I may recall that ME 5 PE1 means 6 weeks saved in labo.
I may remind that building costs for Eos is between 40 and 50M, depending of your ability to get low minerals at cheap price.
I may remind that Eos do sell at 95M each at the cheapest, and prices will go up later since Eos is really what gallente people need to to complete missions, it's just a question of time, people skill for it.

You may have building prices near to Eve base price if you just buy the needed components (fusion Reactors, Pulse shield emitter, etc.).
I for myself don't buy any component. I build them. Since I have all needed T2 components BPO, all at ME 100+, all I need to do is to buy the advanced materials. If you manage to negociate serious contracts with serious providers and for big quantities, you can buy them way below Jita's prices.
Last time I bought advanced materials to build 50 Eos, the price per Eos was below 23M. Add the Morphite and the Brutix (that you may want to build yourself too) and you should be around 45M per Eos.
I guess you can lower this price if you go deeper in the process, buying moon minerals but I was too lazy to handle that.

My turn not to understand how you spend 65M to build an Astarte...
Let's say you spend 20M to build a Brutix
This means you spend 45M to buy your advanced materials ?
I just checked Jita and updated my XL sheet with market prices.
Without any contract and any negociation, meaning just buying the needed stuff there to build the components for 1 Eos, it would cost 22,960,345.00 isk
So I really wonder how you manage to pay so much...
